Sometimes you just want to measure proportions and that's it. This is a tool for that.

I use this tool every time I make a 3D character from a concept art, most of the time I compare the face size to body parts and  this tool satisfy my needs, but many features could be implemented on this, per example I could implement a 3d rotation around a point so you could build your proporiton lines and see how they look in an predetermined angle/fov. If people show interest in this tool I can improve it overtime.
